The Gate, Perimeter and Exodus staff is a dedicated and diverse bunch. It doesn’t matter how old you are, where you grew up, what you eat, what you drive, or who you date. We are quickly becoming one of the largest departments on the playa. When people join the Gate family they don't often leave. Many of our key staff have worked for the department for many years and we regularly have people defecting to the Gate from nearly every department on the playa.

Our department culture has the feeling of a big family, even if we’re a bit rough around the edges. We have regular get-together’s throughout the year meeting up in favorite watering holes, supporting our favorite bands, or just sitting around a fire pit in someone’s backyard. We party, we work, we banter online, we come together for causes, we have each other’s backs.

All this Gate love doesn’t just happen by itself! Gate Perimeter & Exodus is led by a team of people who organize, plan and manage our operations. Some work year round, while others deal solely with on-playa operations. Together these people, along with the many volunteers who work with us each year, ensure the operation of Gate, Perimeter & Exodus as a badass, 24/7, take-no-prisoners machine.
